Dear Friends,

September is here! I pray you are refreshed by the blessings of summer—the warmth of the sun, the beauty of God’s creation, and the gift of rest and renewal. As we step into this new season, may the Holy Spirit guide us with fresh energy and deeper faith, so that together we may worship, serve, and grow in the boundless love of Christ.

On behalf of the Session and the congregation of Stone Presbyterian Church, we extend to you a heartfelt and joyful invitation to join us in worship and fellowship. If you are seeking a place to belong, a community to pray with, or a spiritual home where faith can flourish, please know that our doors and hearts are always open. It would be our great joy and honor to walk beside you on your journey of faith.

For opportunities to worship, learn, and serve with us, please see the September Schedule and Events (p. 3). From Sunday worship to Bible study, music, fellowship, and outreach, there are many ways to connect, grow, and share God’s love. Here you will discover a caring church family where all are welcome, where hope is nurtured, and where you can deepen your relationship with Christ. Whether you are visiting for the first time or seeking a new church home, you will be embraced with warmth and open arms.

Join us for an outing to Rudy’s Drive-In on Thursday, September 11. Meet in the church parking lot at 10:00 A.M. Rudy’s is a lakeside outdoor restaurant known for hamburgers, fries, seafood, and even lobster mac & cheese. With picnic tables by the water and plenty of flat rocks to skip or take home to paint, it’s a great spot for fellowship and fun. A sign-up sheet is on the kitchen counter—please add your name, note if you can drive, and the number of passengers you can take. Don’t forget a jacket for lakeside dining!
